Well, no paper yet, but I got my grades and they are honor roll fine... So I'm just going to assume I'm graduating. Done school, done my film, won a prize, and job prospects on the horizon. Hopefully between then and now I can get a few things to upload on here completed

"The third year animation class of Algonquin College 2012 is earning money for their annual grad show by doing commissioned artwork for you!"

"We're the third year class of Algonquin College Animation and we're graduating in 2012. At the end of every year, the animation program puts on a grad show to showcase their recent graduates. This includes official showings of their third year films and portfolio viewings for the studios and general public.

The graduation show is a huge opportunity for students to gain exposure in the industry of animation. A number of studios come from across Canada to see the students' work and offer tests for employment.

Because of budget constraints, this year's graduates need to raise $5000 in order to have the same opportunity that students before them have had. To do this several of the students have opened this blog to help earn the money through their artwork."

I am not presently a part of this due to current work, but there are many fantastic artists up there willing to draw for very reasonable prices. And 100% of the proceeds are towards funding our grad show.


On the note of selling art for money, however, I was wondering for any who may read this: If I were to consider selling some of my original pieces (and if so, maybe let me know what ones appeal?), would there be any interest at all? I may be open to a few commission slots come January as well. I just wanted to see if there were any here who might be interested in either originals or possible commissions.

Because of this, I've decided to put the DA watermark on my more popular pictures. I hate marring them like that, but I'd rather they not be taken for granted either.

Guess it's a personal trend now to only update this on my bday. So yep, moving that old post, apparently now about youth, off my front page. And now I have a zero in my age again. That seems significant somehow >.>

So last time I said I wasn't posting much art because I was TRYING to get into art school, and now I'm in, and so cannot create art like I did a long time ago to post. (I also noticed that was when 'Snape's Patronus' was done. Wow was I slow getting that up :/) So now I put up my dorky comics... Hope they're enjoyed - Someday I'll have time to do pencil stuff again...

And now to go work. Because that is the ultimate birthday gift to yourself
